Who?

After a 20-year career in Compensation & Benefits (HR), I've been lucky to be able to work on my passion since 2020 at Befimmo and to work every day on mobility for my colleagues and our buildings. These 3 years have given me the opportunity to take up some exciting challenges related to these new forms of mobility, including the implementation of the federal mobility budget, and the entire change management of the team for a move from the outskirts of Brussels (where everything was done by car) to the Central Station district (where everything was done by car), the introduction of attractive and functional parkings for active mobility, the electrification of the fleet as well as the installation of recharging points in the car parks of the buildings, and all of this enhanced by enriching collaborations with numerous players in mobility.

In 2024, I've decided to change gear 😊: to do even more to change mobility and make our journeys more sustainable, while improving everyone's quality of life, by making these journeys less polluting, more fulfilling, but above all more active. Quite simply, helping people to THink Altern.ac.tive Mobility Solutions!
